SHIPPING

Em offers shipping within Australia and internationally via Australia Post for all print & clothing orders.

Print orders are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your print. 

All other orders are usually shipped within 3-5 Business days.

 

Flat Rate for Clothes within Australia: $10

Flat Rate for Prints within Australia: $20

Flat Rate for international orders: $40

Delivery for Canvas / Originals:

An art courier can either be organised by Em for you, before or after you purchase a painting. Please contact her directly for a quote.

*Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom packaging to be made for your painting

You may also organise the delivery yourself, please contact Em following your purchase.

Once you have purchased your artwork please email me to then organise a courier for you. You will then be provided with an invoice for shipping.
Once you have paid for the total shipping cost your item will be shipped.

**You can also select 'Free Pick Up' at checkout and you can collect your piece/s from Gold Coast. Email me to organise.

Please note that prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.

 

Returns/Refunds:

Please consider your order prior to purchasing as I do not offer returns/refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Colours may differ from photographs on the site.
Paintings on paper will sometimes have small creases and or bumps on the paper.

I do not offer returns/refunds on sale items.

I cannot be held accountable if your order is damaged or lost in the mail.

I run this small business alone and will do my best to reply to emails as quickly as possible :)
